Parameter calculation module OptiChar
OptiChar is the only software module that can accurately calculate the optical parameters of a single-layer film. Whether it is an absorbing film or a non-absorbing film, the calculation model provided by the software can be used to accurately calculate the refractive index and extinction coefficient. The calculation models include Cauchy model, Selleier model, Hartmann model, n and K model (applicable to complex problems that cannot be solved by the previous models)
Main features of the calculation module:
- Calculate the refractive index n and extinction coefficient K of the film material, including metal film, dielectric film, ITO film, etc.
- Analyze n and K of the substrate material

Engineering Inversion Module OptiRe
OptiRe is specially developed for engineering inversion using spectrophotometer/ellipsometer measurement data. It provides feedback information for the thin film deposition process, can find the source of film thickness error during thin film deposition, and improve the process level. OptiRe uses an independent algorithm and multiple analysis options to extract as much information as possible from the experimental data, including random error analysis model, systematic error analysis model, refractive index correction model, etc.
OptiRe inversion results are given in the form of charts, which can be film thickness error, corrected refractive index and extinction coefficient, etc.

OptiReOpt dynamic link library (optional installation) is not an interface, but a series of DLL dynamic link libraries that can be used. It can be embedded in any environment that supports calling, such as
